We offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Wrong product received
- Manufacturing defect
Conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Unboxing video or images may be required
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Products like jewellery and innerwear may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
